PROJECT OVERVIEW

Canada House, 3 Chepstow Street, Manchester – Contract Value £750K+
This 1909 Art Nouveau style building has undergone extensive refurbishment across all seven floors. We were commissioned to carry out all electrical works associated with the Cat A fit-out and were involved with several tenants Cat B installations.
All works were carried out on time and within the planned budget.
Our experienced engineers installed a full new sub main and distribution network to all areas plus a fully addressable remotely monitored sub metering billing system. We supplied and installed all containment and cables to service the new on site 800kVA transformer located within the electricity North West sub station situated within Canada House. Supply and installation of a Form 4 type 6 LV switch board providing the power to the distribution system and replacing all existing fire alarms with a fully automatic addressable L2 system. New lighting and emergency lighting was installed to tenants suites as part of the Cat A fit-out and we project managed the security systems installations to all areas.
